Upon receipt of your transfer, we will send you a full invoice as confirmation of your registration. We cannot issue full invoices before payment.

Please note that bank transfers often take a very long time. If you choose to pay a particular fee level that is time-restricted your bank transfer must reach our accounts before this date. Should it reach our accounts after this date, we will request that you pay the difference.

Cancellation policy

Prior to June 23, 2020 cancellation refunds will be paid less a charge of 20%. After June 23, 2020, no refunds will be given.
Kindly state whether you will register as student or delegate. Please email the payment receipt together with your student matrix card/ offer letter from university (for student only).
